Died 26-7-1917, Resting Ramsgate and St Lawrence Cemetery, Ramsgate, Kent, England Thanet Advertiser 4-8-1917 The Funeral took place from the Ramsgate General Hospital on Monday of Mr. William Blower, who was 50 years of age. Deceased was one of a party of men who recently came from Australia to engage in certain building work of national importance, but was taken seriously ill immediately on arrival in Thanet and removed to the Hospital, where he died on the previous Thursday. A party of comrades from Australia attended the funeral ceremony, which was conducted at the cemetery by the Rev. A. Littledale.

There passed away at the Coonabarabran District Hospital on Wednesday of last week a very popular resident of the Cocnabarabran district
in the person of Mr. Yves. Charles Boleat, at the age of 57 years. Deceased was a native of Jersey, and came to Australia as a youth. For some time
he resided in the Coonamble district, coming to Coonabarabran 10 years ago and taking up the fanning property on the Castlereagh known as Oaklands. He was a Digger of the first world war and a prominent member of the local Returned Soldiers' League. Besides a widow the deceased leaves the following family : George, Mrs. J. Woods (Sydney) and Mrs. A.W. Hadfield.
Burial took place on Thursday, the funeral bring very largely attended.
